Over 12 weeks, you’ll be drip-fed 6 video modules, 1 every fortnight. You will get a corresponding email after each session, containing a summary of key points and some questions to consolidate your learning and provide accountability. Here you’ll learn about WHY the gut is always the first place I start with my fertility clients, when you should be concerned about your gut health, and what you can do to support it to facilitate better hormone function, improved nutrient absorption, and reduce inflammation.
Nutrition for Fertility:
Here all of your questions about ‘the right diet’ for fertility will be answered. You’ll be given the science behind why I make the recommendations I do, and a checklist of things you can start building into your diet week by week.
The Impact of Stress on Fertility and Tools to Help:
In this module you’ll be deep diving into the physiology of stress and why it matters for reproductive health. This module is delivered sensitively and with empathy at its core, because I know all too well how it feels to be told not to stress when you’re on the most stressful ride of your life.
