Male Fertility:


In this module we cover all things sperm! This is full of education on things that you might not have realised can impact sperm health, and gives step by step guidance for how to improve things.

Here we focus in on the female reproductive organs and talk about some of the pitfalls of things such as AMH testing, as well as provide the diet and lifestyle specifics around improving egg and vaginal health with fertility in mind.

I am Katy Bradbury, registered nurse and nutritional therapist. I've over a decade of clinical experience in women's health, and have run a private practice specialising in fertility since 2019.

What do I need to do / be / have before I join?
